Also worth visiting are the Castle dating back to 474 B.C., the Santuario del Soccorso, in the charming centre of Forio, the astronomical observatory of Monte Sentinella and Borgo Sant'Angelo. In this tiny village in the southern part of the island, visitors can enjoy some peace surrounded by natural wonders and a breathtaking sea. 

Procida, the smallest and most naturalistic

Of the three splendid pearls of the Gulf of Naples, Procida is the smallest but is pure, wild and almost untouched. Procida is ideal if you want to spend magical moments in contact with nature. It is connected by a bridge to the island of Vivara, another small marine jewel protected as a Natural Archaeological Park.
